HOW IT WORKS

Earn points every time you fuel-up with GAZ petrol stations. Get rewards by redeeming your points and start getting shopping. vouchers, food vouchers, fuel vouchers, entertainment vouchers and a wide range of our services at our state of the art service centers countrywide.

How do I join the Rewards Program?

To join our Rewards Program, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from any of our outlets countrywide or visit our head office in Kitintale, old Portbell road. You can earn points on eligible purchases immediately; however, to redeem points, you must register your Loyalty Card by completing and submitting the form at any of our
outlets.
For postpaid Customers you will receive a login for an online account where you can set a password and view your account and transaction history. You are responsible for all activities on your account, so please keep your login and password confidential.

How do I earn points?

By presenting your Loyalty Card at the time of purchase, you will ‘register and get Free Loyalty Card and earn points each time you purchase fuel at any of our outlets.
The more you purchase is the more you earn points. You’ll find information about how to earn and redeem points on our website at http://www.nileenergy.co.ug

How do I redeem points?

Before you can redeem points, you must first register your Loyalty Card.
You must present your Loyalty Card and Identification Card at the POS from any of our outlets in order to redeem your points.
You cannot redeem or exchange your points for cash.
You cannot sell or transfer your points to anyone.

What if I lose my Loyalty Card?

If your Loyalty Card is lost or stolen, you must suspend the card using your online account or notify us by either emailing us at customercare@nileenergy.co.ug or calling us on +256 -782199855 or 0414237940/1.

You can ask for a replacement Loyalty Card at any of our GAZ outlets at a fee of Ugx 10,000 only. You must log in to your online account and register your replacement Loyalty Card. Once you have done so, you must contact us either by email to customercare@nileenergy.co.ug or by telephone on 0414237940/1 OR +256782199855 and request that your points balance be transferred to your replacement Loyalty Card.

What else do I need to know?

We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Rewards Program if you don’t use your Loyalty Card to earn or redeem points for 3 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We may discontinue our Rewards Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we’ll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.
We may change the Rewards Program (including the number of points allocated to each purchase and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions.

Your continued participation in our Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms and Conditions apply to our Rewards Program in UGANDA ONLY, and are governed by the laws of REPUBLIC OF UGANDA.
