Nile Energy Limited is a Ugandan-registered oil marketing company incorporated in 2006, operating GAZ branded petrol stations across Uganda. Our registered address is GAZ House, Plot 2, Kireka Road, Old Port Bell Road, P.O. Box 34308, Kampala, Uganda.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

Use the site in any way that violates applicable Ugandan or international laws or regulations
Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems

3. GAZ Fuel Card Terms

The GAZ Fuel Card is subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of application. Key conditions include:

The card is for use only at authorised GAZ stations across Uganda
Points are earned per litre of fuel purchased at participating stations
Points can be redeemed for fuel, shopping, food, entertainment, and service vouchers
Nile Energy Limited reserves the right to modify the rewards programme with reasonable notice
The card remains the property of Nile Energy Limited and may be cancelled for misuse

4. Services

Nile Energy Limited provides petroleum products and ancillary services including tyre clinics, wheel balancing, free under-bonnet checks, car wash, lubricants, and convenience shops at selected stations. Service availability varies by station. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Nile Energy Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The GAZ brand and associated marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Fuel prices displayed are indicative and subject to change.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law, Nile Energy Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
